Down the Aisle is a day-of coordination package beginning 60 days before your wedding. This package is for Nearlyweds who have planned their wedding from top to bottom and want the freedom to be fully immersed on their big day. We’ll work together in the last two months leading up to your wedding and get on the same page. You’ve spent so much time carefully crafting your vendor team and pouring your heart into all things big and small - now it’s time to hand it over to a professional that sees your vision and executes with love and care.

During your wedding day:

On site day-of coordination - a professional and experienced wedding day coordinator to keep the flow of events running smoothly, taking care of things like couples personal items, gifts, and your card box.

Main point of contact - think of me as your team captain, directing vendors, guests and wedding party - managing any hiccups throughout the entire day so you don’t have to.

Newlywed advocate and assistant - helping both partners with anything and everything throughout the wedding day.

Decor set up and breakdown - ensuring that everything gets set up according to plan and taken down at the end of the night so you get your deposit back.

Emergency kit - access to my emergency kit. From safety pins to sewing kits to first aid - I’ve got it all covered.

I step in and take care of everything including refining your timeline, communicating with your vendors, and organizing all the details. Need someone in charge on your wedding day so an Aunt Janette doesn’t take over and try to micromanage? I’m your gal! I become the main point of contact - so you and your loved ones can focus on being present and enjoy one of the best days ever!
I am by your side through planning meetings and final venue walkthroughs, and offer unlimited correspondence via call/text/email starting at 60 days out from your wedding day. I will help with arranging rehearsal dinner details, where we will practice your ceremony so no one falls out of line, ensuring a smooth and effortless ceremony. Timeline distribution and final arrangements are made so you can enjoy your wedding day with confidence and peace of mind, leaving the behind the scenes to me.
On the day of your wedding, I am one of the first to arrive and last to leave. I will handle all things coordination, managing set up and vendor communication to ensure that everything is executed to perfection and no one is nagging in your ear asking you a million questions. At the end of the night I tear down decor, abiding by venue rules and regulations to ensure you are getting your deposit back while you create lifelong memories with your people from dawn til dusk!
