This package is for Nearlyweds who are just starting the wedding planning process and want to spend time immersed in the engaged era - making memories, not decisions. Happy Ever After is a full-service planning and design package that includes everything from the Down the Aisle package and more. ​

With Happy Ever After, you tell me your vision - I plan, design and execute it with precision. Celebrate your wedding day and put the trust into the professionals.

Before your wedding day:

  • Planning and coordinating - regular monthly check in meetings that begin right after booking to help you stay on track.

​

  • Refinement of what you’ve started - getting everything organized and on track to streamline the planning process.

​

  • Unlimited correspondence - beginning immediately after booking via call/text/email.

​

  • Curated vendor recommendations - a list of recommended vendors curated for you and your wedding day.

​

  • Comprehensive mood board design - we'll refine your overall wedding design and create a comprehensive mood board accurately displaying all things from florals to tablescapes and everything in between. With detailed visuals to show you what your wedding day could look like. Including colors, patterns, and design elements to create a visually appealing wedding day.

  • Customized floor plan - working together we will build a layout, customized specifically for your day. From dance floor to buffet to welcome table, we will build the floor plan that works best for your wedding.

​

  • Timeline creation and distribution - we will build a customized timeline with events that flow together to feel like an experience.

​

  • Vendor communication and confirmation - becoming the main point of contact and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

​

  • Venue walkthroughs - I will assist you at two (2) venue walkthroughs and offer my thoughts, advice, and ask questions you may not have thought about. I’m by your side as we do one final walkthrough to make sure everything flows and nothing is overlooked.

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination and practice - ensuring that everyone knows what to do, where to be, and no one falls out of line.

During your wedding day:

  • On-site day-of coordination - a professional and experienced wedding day coordinator to keep the flow of events running smoothly, taking care of things like couples personal items, gifts, and your card box.

  • Main point of contact - think of me as your team captain, directing vendors, guests and wedding party - managing any hiccups throughout the entire day so you don’t have to. 

​

  • Newlywed advocate and assistant - helping both partners with anything and everything throughout the wedding day.

​

  • Extra assistance - I’ll bring extra (experienced) hands with me on the day of to help me with anything and everything.

​

  • Decor set up and breakdown - ensuring that everything gets set up according to plan and taken down at the end of the night so you get your deposit back.

​

  • Tip distribution - if needed, I will distribute tips to vendors at the end of the night.

​

  • Emergency kit - access to my emergency kit. From safety pins to sewing kits to first aid - I’ve got it all covered.

On the day of your wedding, I am one of the first to arrive and last to leave. I handle all things coordination, managing set up and vendor communication to ensure that everything is executed to perfection. At the end of the night I tear down decor, abiding by venue rules and regulations to ensure you are getting your deposit back while you create lifelong memories with your people.
